Permanent Workshop

- It is an initial training action regarding labour risk prevention.

- Our objective is that the workers acquire the necessary knowledge to identify the most frequent labour risks and the preventive measures to be taken to remove or reduce such risks.

UNIFORM

- This training is made up of 19 groups of subjects with a uniform composition and structure that include the most common risks and preventive measures depending on the material conditions of a building work.

PARTICIPATORY AND PROACTIVE

- Participants’ awareness through reflection, analysis and the contrast of watching positive and negative situations in real working environments. contraste visual de situaciones positivas y negativas en entornos reales de trabajo.

- Profitability of the tools for an interactive training that boost the participatory character of the sessions and the sharing of experiences.

PRACTICAL AND INTUITIVE

- Training based on images of building works that offer the trainee the opportunity to learn thanks to a seeing of real different situations.

ADAPTABLE TO EVERY WORKER’S PROFILE

-  The workshop has got more than 440 images of real building works, which allows us to adapt the training session to the trainees’ profile and the time available.

-  The multilingual content allows immigrant trainees to absorb/assimilate the knowledge.
